Project description

900 tonnes on the move.

For a large-scale offshore wind energy project, a 900-tonne cable deck was successfully transported by water to the project site. Measuring 34 by 56 metres, the cable deck was transported for installation on a 3,700-tonne jacket structure.
The project represented an important step in the further development of offshore infrastructure. Operations of this scale require detailed engineering, thorough preparation and precise execution. Throughout the entire process, safety, efficiency and close collaboration were key.
