Midlife update HNLMS Holland

On behalf of the Royal Netherlands Navy, HEBO is contributing to the mid-life upgrade of HNLMS Holland, an Ocean Going Patrol Vessel (OPV). The project is part of a planned life extension programme, during which the vessel is being modernised to ensure it remains operationally capable for years to come.

The work includes moving the vessel from the shipbuilding hall onto a pontoon, followed by safely launching it into the water. This operation requires careful preparation, specialised lifting and transportation techniques, and precise execution.

Following the completion of the modernisation, HNLMS Holland will once again be ready for future operational deployment.
